Leonardo DiCaprio Purchases Los Feliz Home from Jesse Tyler Ferguson

Jesse Tyler Ferguson reportedly sold his Los Feliz home to Leonardo DiCaprio this past month for $7.1 million. Ferguson originally purchased the home back in 2013 for $4.6 million, giving him a whopping 36% return on the home in just under 8 years. The 4 bed 4  bath Tudor style home was originally built in 1928 and sits on a half and acre lot. The home is located on a highly desirable street in Los Angeles, attracting many famous stars like Gwen Stafani and Mark Brazill.  The home will be DiCaprio’s fifth home in Los Angeles, adding to the seven total he owns around the world.
